Recreational Cheer
Recreational Cheer is a fun, non-competitive program that introduces athletes to cheerleading through basic stunts, jumps, motions, and simple routines. This class focuses on teamwork, confidence, and learning cheer fundamentals in a positive, supportive environment.
Cheer Basics
Cheer Basics is designed for athletes who are brand new to cheer. This class teaches foundational cheer skills such as arm motions, jumps, basic stunts, and rhythm while helping athletes build confidence and coordination before moving into more advanced cheer programs.
Beginner Tumbling (Ages 8+)
An introductory class for athletes learning basic tumbling skills such as rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and body control.
Tumbling Fundamentals
Focuses on proper technique, strength, and coordination while building a strong foundation for all future tumbling skills.
Intermediate Tumbling
Designed for athletes who have mastered the basics and are ready to progress to more challenging tumbling skills.
